In the increasingly competitive health care environment, patient satisfaction will likely determine the success of health care organizations. Patient satisfaction survey data for an ophthalmology clinic at a major university have consistently indicated below target and below average results to questions regarding ?promptness of doctors in seeing me.? Our goal was to determine the waiting times at the clinic and suggest potential interventions to address patient concerns regarding waiting times.
